In Sweden, 100% of the major authorities use Boomerang and over 90% of customer claims calls are handled by the Boomerang solution. During 2010 Boomerang expanded the foot print in Norway and now counts 3 of the 4 top Norwegian transport authorities as customers.
- StorStockholms Lokaltrafik (SL) serves the greater Stockholm area and over 700 000 travelers each day. SL uses Boomerang for customer claims and as a customer database and personalization engine that drives customers’ personal web pages.
- Skånetrafiken is the public transport authority that serves the Skåne region in Sweden including train traffic to Copenhagen. The Boomerang solution forms the backbone of Skånetrafiken's personalization strategies such as personalized time tables accessible through web and mobile.
- Movia is the public transport authority serving the Copenhagen region. Boomerang serves as the customer hub for all personalization efforts such as Movia’s traveler web site.
- Veolia Transport is Europe’s leading operator in public transportation. Veolia transport uses Boomerangs customer claims solution for their Swedish operations.
- Östgötatrafiken is a mid-size public transport authority with 26 million travels per year using 350 vehicles. Östgötatrafiken runs the full suite of Boomerangs Operations products such as Incident management.
