Boomerang customers can log issues and requests according to individual service level agreement using Boomerangs support case system NOTiS.  You can log:

  • product issues/problems
  • work orders such as system administration tasks or custom reports

In order for us to help you in the most efficient way, it is important that you fully describe your issue or request. Who/what/when... For further guidance please read this brief pdf in English or Swedish.
