Log Support Cases
Boomerang customers can log issues and requests according to individual service level agreement using Boomerangs support case system NOTiS. You can log:
- product issues/problems
- work orders such as system administration tasks or custom reports
In order for us to help you in the most efficient way, it is important that you fully describe your issue or request. Who/what/when... For further guidance please read this brief pdf in English or Swedish.

You need a login to the NOTiS system. If you don't have a login, please discuss with the Boomerang coordinator in your organisation.
